About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE to join our busy in-house legal team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take the lead on a wide range of property matters, helping ensure transactions run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be working in‑house while operating under the banner of a recognised law firm, giving you the chance to combine the benefits of an internal role with the support and reputation of an established legal brand.

You will need to be technically strong, commercially aware, and organised, with a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide legal and administrative support to partners and other team members.
  • Assist with post‑completion matters, including registration and stamp duty submissions and dealing with requisitions raised.
Key Requirements
  • UK‑qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE in property law (residential and commercial).
  • Proven experience managing a high‑volume caseload.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client‑facing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
  • Based within a commutable distance to Battersea, SW11.

This is a fully office‑based role and requires daily attendance at our offices. Hybrid or remote working is not available for this position.

Applicants should apply only if they meet the experience requirements outlined above.
