A leading US law firm in London is seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary to join their team on a floating basis. This is an exciting opportunity to provide flexible, high-quality support across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

In this role, you will support multiple attorneys, managing diaries, deadlines, meetings, and travel arrangements, while also drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents. You will maintain accurate client and internal filing systems, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail at all times

The ideal candidate will have proven legal secretarial experience, preferably with floating experience, excellent communication and proofreading skills, and strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
