Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing; ideally 5 years Broad experience in all aspects of residential property, including freehold/leasehold, first registrations, auctions, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity, site acquisition and development, and plot sales IT literate and confident using conveyancing software, CRM systems, Land Registry Online, Docu Sign, and digital dictation tools Self-sufficient and able to manage a busy caseload independently, while maintaining excellent client care Team player with a positive attitude, happy to work in the office and support colleagues Business development/networking experience desirable but not essential What's next?
