Real Estate Development Senior Associate; Housebuilding and Strategic Land

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Associate or Senior Associate to join a well-known UK firm in its highly ranked Commercial Property practice. The team works in commercial and Real Estate transactional work including Landlord and Tenant matters, commercial leases, investment, and disposal transactions, including portfolio transactions.

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Be at least 5 years PQE within a leading commercial property team.
• Have a background in residential and regeneration development acquisitions and disposals.
• Acting for developers (both Plc and private).
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
