They are seeking an Employment lawyer to join their legal team.

About the role:

The Director, Employment & Global Mobility will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance and expertise on labour and employment matters across our global operations with a focus on EMEA. This position offers an opportunity to shape and influence their labour and employment strategies while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The candidate must bring a proactive, business and solution-oriented mindset to legal matters and a proven ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and specifically within the wider legal team.

• At least 8 PQE, having trained in a top UK law firm.
• Ideally, with in-house experience within the technology/infrastructure sectors.
• Solid track record in international employment law (with an emphasis in the EU).
• Experience managing external advisors as well as the ability to take the lead in coordinating group-wide employment law projects.
• Experience of transformation, reorganisation and related employment activities in a global and multinational company.
• Track record of acting as a strategic business advisor who possesses the leadership skills to operate in a highly visible role within a newly formed and fast-moving organisation.
• Commercially astute and thrives in a fast paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
