• Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
• Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Ensuring all files are compliant with regulatory and firm-wide procedures

• A qualified solicitor with 3
  
  PQE+ in residential
• Proven experience handling residential property matters independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• A well‑organised approach with good attention to detail
• Confidence working with case management systems and property searches

• Salary from £50,000 plus, depending on experience
• Permanent Residential Solicitor role based in Chiswick
