Overview
Our client is one of the established global "Big Tech" giants, who rely on MLA Interim Legal Talent for their high-end legal consultants all over the world.
For an initial six month consultancy period, we require a senior lawyer to help the client manage business critical regulatory investigations and litigation related to content, consumer protection, child safety and AI.
The consultant will advise on key pieces of legislation including (but not limited to) the UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act and AI Act.
Responsibilities- Manage business critical regulatory investigations and litigation related to content, consumer protection, child safety and AI.
- Advise on key pieces of legislation including the UK Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act and AI Act.
- Senior lawyer with experience in regulatory matters or litigation.
- In-house experience preferred; candidates from law firms with exposure to these regulations are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with a company of a similar profile is ideal.
- Proposed start date is in February; ability to commence with a shorter notice period is preferred.
- Available for an initial six-month consultancy period with potential extensions and pro‑rata salary.
