Residential Conveyancer Our Vision
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well‑established and growing law firm. The firm has a strong, loyal client base and a team of specialist fee earners acting for a wide range of private and commercial clients.

The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and work closely with colleagues across the firm. You will be trusted to handle matters autonomously while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging residential conveyancing transactions including:
- Sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Remortgages
- Registered and unregistered properties
- Help to Buy and Shared Ownership matters
- Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Working collaboratively with the Private Client department
- Maintaining accurate and compliant case files
- 1-3+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law
- Experience acting for individual clients on a broad range of matters
- Able to work independently on complex legal cases
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- Ambitious with a desire to progress within the firm
- Enthusiastic about networking and business development
- Conveyancing Law Expertise - In-depth knowledge of residential property transactions
- Case Management - Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Communication Skills - Clear and effective communication with clients and third parties
- Client‑Focused Approach - Delivering excellent service and managing expectations
- Problem‑Solving Skills - Resolving title issues, delays, and complex matters
- Organisational Skills - Strong time management and prioritisation
- IT Proficiency - Experience using LEAP and other legal case management systems
- Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
