An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE) to join a well-established and modern law firm based in East London

The successful candidate will join a busy and experienced team, handling a diverse caseload across property and private client litigation. This role would suit a confident fee earner who enjoys variety, autonomy, and direct client contact, with supervision and support available where required.

Property Disputes

• Ownership disputes
• Rights of way and boundary disputes
• Service charge disputes
• Right to Manage claims

Landlord & Tenant (Residential & Commercial)

• Possession and eviction proceedings
• Lease renewal proceedings

Probate Disputes

• Inheritance Act claims
• Will validity challenges

Additional Litigation Matters

• Debt recovery and repayment claims
• Building disputes

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in litigation
• Experience handling a broad range of contentious matters
• Able to work autonomously
  , with supervision where appropriate
• Produces high-quality work with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Well organised and comfortable working to departmental billing targets
