Location: Greater London
A private equity-backed energy firm is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support their in-house legal team. This role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on corporate matters, and providing legal support on various infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years PQE and experience in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors. Regular travel between Glasgow and London is required.
