Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven junior lawyer to join a well-known UK firm in its Immigration practice. The team works with clients to assist across the full range of immigration matters, with an emphasis on bespoke and tailored solutions to often complex immigration issues. The firm supports professional service providers, start-ups, SMEs, and individuals, and advises on immigration-related compliance issues that arise in corporate transactions.

• Provide clear, practical advice to clients across a broad range of immigration matters.
• Support professional service providers, start-ups, SMEs, and individuals with visa applications and compliance issues.
• Contribute to immigration strategies in corporate transactions and related compliance work.

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Be an NQ–2 PQE within a leading Immigration team
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
