  • Excellent organisation and time management skills (including experience of accurately recording time in accordance with a firm policy).

Sound professional and ethical judgment and awareness of the risks of litigation and how to mitigate them.

Our Work

We handle complex, high-value disputes across sectors including finance, technology and international commerce. Our clients include corporates, high-net-worth individuals, and insolvency practitioners, often in multi-jurisdictional matters. You’ll gain exposure to litigation and arbitration at the highest level.

Firm Culture & Values

At Keidan Harrison, we pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking, inclusive and collaborative team. We value intellectual curiosity, integrity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Our boutique structure allows for close-knit teamwork and direct access to senior lawyers, fostering rapid professional growth and meaningful contribution from day one.

As a boutique law firm, we expect a lot from our paralegals, including, on infrequent occasions, a willingness to be flexible as to working extra hours, whether prior to normal office hours, in the evenings and  the same time, we offer them exposure to work and responsibilities that paralegals at larger City firms may not typically get. Consequently, we are confident that the experience you will gain at Keidan Harrison will put you ahead of the competition as you look to progress in your career.
