Candidates should have 3-8 years of experience, ideally from a top-tier City firm, and a focus on residential property disputes. The role includes a minimum office attendance of 2-3 days a week post-induction. Strong candidates may also possess knowledge of the Building Safety Act, contributing to at least 1300 chargeable hours annually.
