Residential Conveyancer
Our Vision
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm. The firm has a strong, loyal client base and a team of specialist fee earners acting for a wide range of private and commercial clients.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and work closely with colleagues across the firm. You will be trusted to handle matters autonomously while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities
Managing residential conveyancing transactions including:
* Sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Remortgages
* Registered and unregistered properties
* Help to Buy and Shared Ownership matters
* Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
* Working collaboratively with the Private Client department
* Maintaining accurate and compliant case files
The Candidate
* 1–3+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law
* Experience acting for individual clients on a broad range of matters
* Able to work independently on complex legal cases
* Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
* Ambitious with a desire to progress within the firm
* Enthusiastic about networking and business development
Key Skills & Experience
* Conveyancing Law Expertise – In-depth knowledge of residential property transactions
* Case Management – Ability to manage a full caseload independently
* Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication with clients and third parties
* Client-Focused Approach – Delivering excellent service and managing expectations
* Problem-Solving Skills – Resolving title issues, delays, and complex matters
* Organisational Skills – Strong time management and prioritisation
* IT Proficiency – Experience using LEAP and other legal case management systems
Working Hours & Benefits
* Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
