This is not a back-office admin role - this is a chance to become the go-to expert for Salesforce and marketing data across the London office and the wider global firm. You’ll sit at the heart of business development, marketing and client relationships, working closely with senior stakeholders across the UK, US and Europe.

You don’t need to have worked in a law firm previously, but Salesforce expertise is a must!

You’ll be trusted to run the CRM function and make it your own

You’ll take ownership of Salesforce and the wider CRM ecosystem, which connects to more than 12 other systems across the firm. You’ll be responsible for keeping data accurate, useful and trusted, while supporting marketing campaigns, events and business development activity.

You’ll train users, build targeted mailing lists, create reports, fix data issues and make sure everything runs smoothly. Over time, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the firm’s clients, practices and markets, helping the business target the right opportunities and grow.

You’ll report to the CRM Director work closely with the International Director in London, connecting with colleagues across business development, marketing, research and communications globally.
