The VacancyThe firm are looking to recruit an Employment Associate to join its well-established and highly respected employment team.
The team is known for its market-leading work advising clients in the creative industries, including broadcasting, theatre, film & TV, music, sport, fashion and interactive entertainment, as well as advising digital businesses and social media talent.
The role offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Day-to-day HR and advisory work
- Employment contracts, policies and recruitment issues
- Terminations and workplace disputes
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Advising senior executives and individuals
- Supporting fast-growing and entrepreneurial businesses
As the teams operate leanly, associates are given a high level of responsibility from the outset, meaningful client exposure and are encouraged to get involved in business development.
