In-House Lawyer - Family Office

Our client is a major UK‑based investment and asset management organisation headquartered in Mayfair London. It is widely associated with a high profile entrepreneur whose interests span property, private equity, technology, and long‑term asset strategies.

The company involved in multiple business strategies including property and asset management, equities trading, private equity and biotechnology and technology startups.

They are seeking to appoint an accomplished lawyer to join its London office. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a sophisticated, high‑value investment and property group with global reach.

The successful candidate will provide in‑house legal support across a diverse portfolio of commercial interests. The work is broad, fast‑paced, and intellectually stimulating, spanning:

• Corporate and commercial advisory Property matters, with a particular focus on residential and commercial leasehold issues Offshore structures, including BVI and other jurisdictions General litigation, dispute management, and oversight of external counsel

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, offering pragmatic, commercially attuned advice across multiple practice areas in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

Suitable candidates likely to be at senior associate level and have experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.
