We’re partnering with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that takes a refreshingly human approach to residential conveyancing. This is not a volume factory and it is definitely not a churn-and-burn setup. Instead, the focus is on quality advice, long-term client relationships and giving solicitors the space to do their job properly.

They are now looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor around the 3 PQE level into a supportive and close-knit team, where you will have genuine autonomy over your caseload while continuing to develop technically and commercially.

If you enjoy responsibility without being left to sink or swim, and clients who appreciate good service, this one is worth a look.

• Running your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Advising on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Handling landlord and tenant matters, including negotiated leases
• Acting for lenders and borrowers
• Building strong, trusted client relationships and repeat work
• Keeping files compliant, accurate and up to date on the case management system
• Managing billing, time recording and financial controls sensibly
• Getting involved in marketing and networking activity where appropriate

• A qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer eligible to practise in England and Wales
• Around 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong and current technical knowledge of residential property work
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Someone organised, proactive and comfortable running matters independently
• A team player who represents the firm professionally at all times
