Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor (Legal Director)

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong contentious restructuring and insolvency experience to play a key role in advising clients, developing the practice and supporting the growth of the wider team.

• Advise on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, working closely with colleagues across the firm and contributing to the continued development of the practice.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the team to share expertise and best practice.
• Contribute to business development activity, including identifying and pursuing networking opportunities internally and externally, marketing initiatives, and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support, supervise and train junior members of the team.

• Minimum of 6 years’ PQE as a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor.
• Strong grounding in contentious restructuring and insolvency.
• Excellent technical ability and strong drafting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong teamwork and relationship‑building skills.
• Sound commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
• Proactive, ambitious and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to supervise more junior members of the team.
