Employment Law Associate

Our client, a respected and expanding law firm based in London, is seeking an experienced Employment Associate (3+ PQE) to join its established employment practice. This opportunity would suit a solicitor with solid post-qualification experience looking to work on a wide range of employment matters within a supportive, collegiate environment. The firm advises a diverse client base and offers high-quality, interesting work alongside genuine long-term career prospects.

• Advising employers and employees on a broad range of employment law issues
• Managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Handling employment tribunal claims from initial advice through to resolution
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance processes
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and handbooks
• Advising on settlement agreements and exits
• Providing day-to-day HR and employment law support to clients
• Supporting on TUPE and restructuring matters where required

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
• Experience across contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong client-handling skills
• Comfortable working with a degree of autonomy while being part of a team
• Keen to develop and progress within private practice
