Our client, a prestigious international law firm with a strong reputation in the real estate market, is seeking an Associate to join its London office. With a global network spanning North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, the firm is highly regarded for its expertise in complex transactions across investment, development, and financing.

The team is known for handling high-value property deals, advising on private equity real estate matters, acting for leading developers, and supporting corporate occupiers with strategic relocations. This position offers the chance to work closely with high-profile clients including investors, funds, financial institutions, and property companies.

The successful candidate will become part of a market-leading Real Estate practice, gaining exposure to some of the most significant transactions in the sector. Typical matters include:

• Advising on investment acquisitions and disposals, often involving international clients.

• Acting for private equity houses on high-value property investments.

• Supporting developers and major property companies on development and regeneration projects.

• Advising corporate clients on large-scale office moves and relocations.

• England & Wales qualified solicitor from an international law firm.

• NQ to 6 years PQE in real estate (PQE guideline only; all strong candidates considered).

• Solid background in commercial property work, ideally with experience advising on investment, development, and financing matters.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
