One of London’s leading law firms is looking to add an Associate to its highly regarded Debt Capital Markets (DCM) practice in London. Renowned for its exceptional standing in both the UK and global markets, the firm offers a unique opportunity to work in a high‑performance team.

The DCM team provides comprehensive advice across a wide array of DCM products, such as commercial paper programs, equity‑linked securities, Eurobonds, loan participation notes, medium‑term note programs, private placements, and sustainability‑linked and green bonds. Their clients include both bond issuers and investment banks, with particular expertise in emerging markets.

• Minimum of 1 year PQE in debt capital markets from a respected law firm.
• Strong academic credentials and a consistent career record.
