An elite US law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded team in Q1.

• Advise on the financing of real estate assets across both development and investment facilities, including senior loans and complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions.
• Act for a high‑quality client base of national and international sponsors, banks, and debt funds across asset classes including hotels, offices, and student accommodation.

• 3+ years’ PQE.
• Experience with in a top‑tier Real Estate Finance practice at a Top National, Silver Circle, Magic Circle, or Elite US firm.
• Clear and well‑defined path to progression.
• Exposure to premium, market‑leading transactions.
