• Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload.
• The appointed solicitor will provide expert legal advice and support to stakeholders.
• Your work will range from complex advisory matters to contentious disputes, including participation in Employment Tribunal cases.
• Proven record in managing both contentious and non-contentious matters is essential.
• Demonstrated strong advocacy skills, confidence in managing tribunal claims, and professionalism in client relations.
• The ideal employment solicitor will have at least 3 years' PQE.
