With a strong market reputation and a collaborative working culture, the firm is now seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ Years PQE) to join its team, offering hybrid working options for greater flexibility.

• Handling a broad range of residential property transactions
  , including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and secured lending

• Advising clients, including high-net-worth individuals and investors
  , on complex property matters

• Drafting contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documentation

• Conducting due diligence, managing completions, and overseeing post-transaction procedures

• Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process

• Keeping up to date with regulatory changes in property law and compliance requirements

• Supporting junior team members and contributing to departmental growth

• Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property law

• Strong technical knowledge of sales, purchases, and leasehold transactions

• Experience advising high-net-worth clients (preferred but not essential)

• Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a high-performing team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

• Experience with in a Legal 500 firm or similar environment (preferred)
