As a Real Estate Associate, you will be a key member of the firm's growing team in London, working closely with partners and clients on a variety of high-profile transactions. You’ll advise investors on UK and European private equity real estate deals, across the full risk spectrum, including joint ventures, acquisitions, financings, disposals, and development projects.

• Qualified to practice law in England and Wales, or Commonwealth qualified with relevant London experience
• Strong academic background and training from a highly regarded law firm
• Demonstrable track record in real estate transactions, with a focus on real estate investments preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
