• Deliver tailored, proactive support to partners and fee earners, acting as the first point of contact.
• Manage complex diaries, inboxes and coordinate meetings with precision.
• Organise international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Lead the end-to-end billing process and assist with collections.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Handle client matter opening, conflict checks, and compliance processes.
• Support business development activities and maintain CRM data.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects, client events, and seminars.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PA in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Adaptable, proactive, and confident in managing competing priorities.
• Secretarial qualifications (e.g., RSA, Cilex) desirable.
