A highly regarded Legal 500–ranked firm based in Wimbledon is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor (2–6 PQE) to join its growing and well‑established team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid Court of Protection experience to take the next step in their career within a supportive, forward‑thinking firm known for the quality of its private client work.

You will handle a varied and high‑quality caseload, including:

• Deputyship applications (property & affairs and welfare)
• Ongoing deputyship management
• Applications to the Court of Protection
• Advising clients, families, and professional deputies on complex mental capacity issues
• Working closely with vulnerable clients and their support networks

There is genuine scope for progression, autonomy, and involvement in business development and team growth.

• Qualified solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE in Court of Protection work
