Blue Legal have partnered with a leading commercial international law firm, who are seeking a new Proposals Executive to join their Business Development and Marketing team, with a key focus on supporting the delivery of the overall proposals process. The role-holder will be passionate about creating first-class pitches and presentations and are keen to make their mark at a leading law firm.

The Responsibilities:

• Taking overall project management responsibility of select capability statements/ pitches.
• Work with the Proposals Manager to deliver outstanding responses to client requests for proposals and win work for the firm.
• Write and maintain a central library of content, dissecting submitted pitches and identifying new content to upload into the library.
• Use the firm’s CRM system to update opportunities, logging all pitch documents that come in.
• Liaise with the internal design team and partners to ensure professional design of proposals.
• Support the Proposals Manager with large, procurement-led panel pitches

The Candidate:

• Proposals experience in the legal profession or professional services.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience using MS applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills, can multitask, prioritise projects and respond quickly to urgent requests with tight deadlines.
