Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve high-value US Casualty claims:
Deliver market-leading outcomes for clients - Analyse policies and identify coverage challenges:
Add strategic value to insurer negotiations - Maintain insurer and client communications:
Keep stakeholders aligned through complex processes - Liaise with broking and accounting teams:
Ensure seamless internal collaboration and claim delivery - Present claims data and insights:
Support renewals and inform ongoing risk strategies - Contribute to client retention and team growth:
Strengthen the firm’s reputation through every interaction
Requirements:
- Strong US Casualty claims handling experience (preferably complex, high-value cases)
- Confident communicator with stakeholder-facing skills
- Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
- ACII / DIP CII qualified or working towards
- Background in broking, insurance, loss adjusting or legal practice
