** Explore opportunities to deliver underwriting excellence, including:
* Assessing and evaluating risks to ensure profitable growth.
* Supporting the development of underwriting strategies and pricing models.
* Collaborating with brokers and internal teams to identify new business opportunities.
* Preparing and reviewing documentation for quotes, renewals, and endorsements.
* Contributing to projects and initiatives such as digital transformation and ESG.

Key Responsibilities
*** Build relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders to drive engagement.
* Analyse data and market trends to inform underwriting decisions.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management and regulatory purposes.
* Support portfolio reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Participate in networking and industry events to strengthen market presence (optional)

*** Previous experience in underwriting or a related insurance role.
