Win as a team

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Outer London team on a hybrid basis.

You’ll make an impact by:
  • Build and maintain relationships in a face-to-face environment with your allocated broker panel
  • Implement ongoing development of 3 year broker account plans, involving various stakeholders from marketing, sales, operations, claims and underwriting colleagues
  • Responsible for overall sales pipeline across all commercial P&L's for each broker to ensure Intact Insurance achieves its operational plan
  • Lead the identification, planning and winning of major strategic development opportunities for your broker panel
Your skills and experience:
  • Experience of maintaining partner relationships within commercial insurance
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing best practice within a commercial insurance environment
  • Experience of account management and be able to build and maintain development plans for your panel of brokers
  • Be able to work with your broker panel and achieve buy-in from them to work collaboratively with you and the underwriters
