Junior Claims Adjuster - Marine & Energy

New Vacancy - (Junior) Claims Adjuster - Marine & Energy Lloyd's Insurer City of London I am currently partnered with a leading Lloyd's Insurer who are seeking a (Junior) Claims Adjuster to join their growing team.

This role will be adjusting Marine & Energy Claims on a worldwide basis from multiple jurisdictions. My client is looking for someone who has experience handling Marine & Energy Claims, arising from the London Market. The ideal candidate will have 1/2 years experience in a Claims position in a Lloyd's environment and experience using ECF.

Key Responsibilities Ensure syndicate claims are managed to high standards and in accordance with Lloyd's Minimum Standards, internal Claims Handling Guidelines, and agreed claims Key Performance Indicators. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to create value and protect interests through effective and timely claims handling. Support profitability by ensuring claims are managed appropriately, subrogation opportunities are maximised, and claims-related costs are tightly controlled.

Manage allocated claims through to resolution, delivering fair outcomes for all stakeholders while minimising claim duration and reducing the number of static claims. Develop and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders, acting as an escalation point where required. Assist in the production of internal and external reporting and support the effective operation of claims controls.
