We now need to add to our established teams in our three main locations:
Manchester, Birmingham, and London.

All of our Assessors, including our MD were once Adjusters. Most have been with us for 10 years or more. Working for a policyholder is very rewarding unlike working for an insurer whose focus is on reports and kpi’s. Working for Morgan Clark you are your own boss, with a simple goal of ensuring of every policyholder is treated fairly and receives their full entitlement.

As a Loss Assessor with Morgan Clark, you’ll manage both residential and commercial property claims from instruction through to settlement.

Claims vary from £50,000 to £5 + million

This is a flexible hybrid role supported by a dedicated back-office team.

You'll have autonomy over your caseload while being part of a collaborative and supportive company.

• Loss Assessor - minimum of 2 years working as a Loss Adjuster.
• Senior Loss Assessor - minimum of 5 years working as a Loss Adjuster.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage a large and varied caseload independently
• Excellent client relationship skills and a calm, professional manner
• Methodical, conscientious, and adaptable - especially during surge periods
