Role SummaryYou’ll join a well-respected claims team managing complex and high-value US Property claims. This is a client-facing, technical role that blends deep policy analysis with insurer engagement and advocacy. With support from a hands-on manager and a strong team culture, the role suits someone with ambition, humility, and a drive to grow - either stepping into seniority or looking to bring their experience into a people-first firm.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high-value US Property claims end-to-end:
Deliver best-in-market client outcomes - Analyse coverage and manage insurer negotiations:
Add value through strategic policy insight - Present claims data to clients and insurers:
Support renewals and portfolio oversight - Collaborate with broking and accounting teams:
Maintain a joined-up, client-centric approach - Build and maintain insurer and client relationships:
Elevate the firm's standing and influence - Track and report complex cases to management:
Ensure visibility and timely resolution
- Proven experience managing US Property claims, ideally high-value/complex
- Technical understanding of policy coverage and negotiation points
- ACII / DIP CII qualified or working towards
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Background in insurance, broking, legal or adjusting environments
