We have a fantastic opportunity for a Domestic Major Loss Adjuster to join a global business. In this role, you will manage major and complex domestic loss cases exceeding £100,000. You will work closely with internal and external specialists, requiring expert negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and clear communication. • Lead the management of high-value domestic loss cases.
• Coordinate with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure clear and effective communication to explain complex details and negotiate settlements.
• Work collaboratively with a team to provide top-notch service and solutions.

• Ring-Fenced Team: Work within a dedicated DM team on hourly chargeable rates, a unique approach in the industry.
• Strong Support: Each Loss Adjuster is assigned an Executive; no claim is handled alone.
• Caseloads: Typically 40 - 45 major loss claims per year.
• Progression & Development: Structured progression programs, actively supporting CILA qualifications and technical growth.

• Full UK Driving Licence for necessary travel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in handling complex domestic losses exceeding £100,000, or strong ambition to progress to this level.
• CILA status or working towards qualification is preferred, but candidates with strong technical and communication skills are welcome.
• Familiarity with Apple software such as iPads or other tablets.
