We’re looking for an experienced insurance professional to lead our Insurance Shared Services function, delivering expert, strategic insurance support to London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), the Greater London Authority (GLA) and a growing group of partner organisations with a combined asset base of over £2.5bn.

You’ll shape and deliver insurance strategies, manage complex renewals, oversee claims, advise on major projects and contracts, and build strong relationships with brokers, insurers, and senior stakeholders. With an annual premium spend of around £4m, this is a role with real scope, influence, and visibility.

We’re seeking someone who brings deep commercial insurance expertise, confidence working independently, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. If you’re proactive, analytical, and ready to lead a high‑value, high‑trust service, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re an experienced insurance professional who enjoys taking ownership of complex portfolios and shaping strategy across diverse organisations. It’s a great fit if you’re confident working independently, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and skilled at navigating detailed insurance, claims, and contractual issues without losing sight of the bigger picture.
