We work closely with the breadth of EY’s capabilities, as well as with our alliance partners to support Insurance clients to solve their most complex challenges, and transform their organisations. To support are ongoing growth, we are looking for proven Insurance focused Senior Managers who inspire teams, drive strategic transformation and deliverable measurable value for our Insurance clients.

Role Overview
You will combine deep business and technology consulting experience, with strong insurance knowledge, to support our clients strategise, solution and deliver insurance transformation. We are seeking individuals who have experience across the insurance lifecycle, understanding insurance drivers, how organisations are structured, their key capabilities and how technology and data enables this. We are looking for individuals who have excellent stakeholder management skills and can build client and internal relationships, who can work closely with our EY broader capabilities to bring the right insurance business and technology expertise together for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership:- Lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams for Insurance clients across business and technology work streams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and balancing competing priorities
- Manage insurance client engagements through their lifecycle, ensuring management of engagement risk, revenue and profitability to meet/ exceed on financial commitments
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, supporting their growth and contributing to the insurance practice’s capability building.
- Apply core consulting skills to understand insurance client challenges and needs, problem solve issues, and translate these into actionable strategies and deliverables
- Utilise understanding and insight into the insurance value chain to design optimal technology solutions to meet the capability demands of insurers
- Manage activity and teams through significant ambiguity, whilst aligning disparate stakeholder groups to solve challenges and align on outcomes
- Manage end-to-end project life cycles, driving delivery outcomes to enable insurance client goals, technology vision, and value expectations.
- Deliver large-scale transformations for Insurance clients, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches.
Sales & Business Development:- Be responsible for managing insurance client account(s) and stakeholders across a portfolio of technology opportunities and projects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your insurance network and market insights to drive growth.
- Shape compelling insurance proposals and thought leadership, positioning the firm as a partner of choice for strategic transformation.
- Meet individual and team sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for insurance clients which address complex business challenges, integrating technology, operations, and organizational change.
- Advise C-suite stakeholders on strategic priorities, balancing short-term objectives with long-term vision.
- Stay ahead of disruptive trends and industry shifts, ensuring clients are positioned for sustainable success.
