• Underwriting and negotiating new and/or renewal Real Estate business to include Blocks of Flats and Residential and Commercial Property Owners business.
• Building and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular engagement.
• Applying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive sustainable profitable growth.
• Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting practices.
• Contributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideas.
• Representing our brand at broker meetings, industry events and field visits as needed.

• Extensive experience in Real Estate, Commercial and Residential Property Owners Underwriting.
• Be able to act as a referral point to less experienced colleagues.
• A sharp eye for detail and a head for strategy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers.
