Job Description

As VP of Product Management, you will lead the evolution of our SaaS ERP platform by deepening our already verticalized platform capabilities, embedding AI and intelligent automation into the core of our product strategy and creating the future of work for people in services industries with best-in-class solutions, services and technology. Your goal is to transform traditional ERP systems into predictive, adaptive, and self-optimizing platforms that empower mission-driven organizations to focus on what really matters.

You will lead a team of Product Directors and their teamsand collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, services and go-to-market teams to deliver modern, intelligent, and scalable financial solutions. Bring new products to market to drive further cross sell into the existing customer base and champion the development of new capabilities that will increase win rate and customer satisfaction with our core offerings.

Key Focus Areas
  • Standardize product discovery frameworks to ensure consistent, customer-informed decision-making across all product teams.
  • Implement structured go-to-market (GTM) planning processes, aligning product, marketing, sales, and customer success for successful launches.
  • Introduce outcome-driven road mapping practices that prioritize business value, customer impact, and measurable success metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous discovery through regular customer interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops.
  • Mentor and coach product leads and directors on best practices in stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and agile delivery.
Next Generation Automation
  • Integrate machine learning models to provide real-time insights for budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation and more.
  • Enable predictive analytics for proactive alerting to trends, anomalies and recommend actions and next steps to reduce the cognitive load on users and superusers
  • Drive workflow automation for repetitive tasks like invoice processing, procurement approvals, and compliance reporting.
  • Leverage RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy.
  • Implement AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants to help users navigate complex ERP functions using natural language.
  • Improve accessibility and reduce training time for non-technical users.
Cross Functional Alignment
  • Establish cadences and lines of communication with internal stakeholders across services, success, support and go to market teams to ensure successful launches, clean lines of product feedback and continuous product discovery
  • Lead customer programs like the Customer Advisory Board, focus groups, early adopter programs etc.
  • Engage with current and future partners to extend the capabilities and breadth of the system
  • Represent the product(s) with industry analysts, press, user groups and other influential parties…
