La Fosse is supporting a respected London‑based organisation in hiring an ambitious Application Support Analyst to join their growing technology function. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting users and ensuring they receive a high level of customer service while maintaining and enhancing a suite of business‑critical applications. You’ll work closely with technical teams, product owners, and wider business stakeholders to keep core systems running smoothly, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to ongoing improvements.
This opportunity suits someone with 3-5 years experience. The suitable candidate will gain experience with application support, integrations, and platform operations while developing hands‑on skills in a supportive setting.
Key Requirements- Managing service and incident tickets via Jira Service Desk or similar tools.
- Supporting SLA commitments and managing incoming tickets.
- Using SQL to investigate issues
- Assisting with API tasks and understanding system integrations.
- Providing effective customer support, resolving user queries and ensuring a positive service experience.
