About Anthropic

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.

About

The Role

Anthropic's international sales organisation is scaling fast, and we're building the onboarding to match. As International GTM Onboarding Lead, you'll join the Productivity team, report to the Head of International Productivity, and be part of shaping what international onboarding looks like at Anthropic from the ground up.

The global GTM onboarding is the foundation. Your job is to take it further, elevating it for each market, layering in the regional context, market knowledge, and cultural fluency that makes it land locally. Not a rewrite. An elevation.

You’ll work closely with the central Productivity team and international sales leadership, understanding what's working globally and what each market needs. Partnership isn't part of this role, is the role. You'll build trust quickly and keep everyone aligned as the organisation scales.

Responsibilities
  • Understand the global onboarding deeply, then elevate it for each market. Own the international onboarding overlay per market.
  • Design the international onboarding flow:
    Company → GTM → International → Back in region/role
  • Tailor for segment-specific across Start Up, DNB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise
  • Work with international sales leadership to understand what each market needs, competitive landscape, buyer dynamics, cultural selling norms
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, Rev Ops, Field productivity, and SMEs. This is most of the job. Keep global and local sharp together
  • Make it experiential. Role plays, scenarios, rubrics, in-the-moment coaching: learning that mirrors real customer conversations from day one
  • Keep it fresh. As products and messaging evolve, the local experience evolves with them, lightweight update loop, changelog, clear owners
  • Track what's working. Confidence, behavioural change, message consistency. Iterate
  • Be AI-forward, Anthropic tools to personalise, iterate faster, and measure better
You'll thrive in this role if you
  • Have 7+ years in sales, sales enablement, sales productivity, or GTM onboarding, with at least 2 years supporting international or multi-market teams
  • Design workshops that are practice-based and outcome-driven: role plays, scenarios, rubrics, live coaching
  • Have experience working cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, or Operations
  • Have strong presence and can own the room with confidence, warmth, and clarity
  • Have built and delivered sales productivity onboarding or training in a fast-paced environment, enterprise GTM experience a plus
  • Are operationally sharp, you can keep cadence, logistics, comms, and updates humming without heroics
  • Can take messy inputs and turn them into crisp, teachable moments and repeatable experiences
  • Think in systems, build processes that scale, and iterate when they stop working
  • Build trust quickly across teams, time zones, and functions
  • Are genuinely excited to use AI and Anthropic tools to level up productivity, both for the learner experience and for the backend systems that power it
Strong candidates may also
  • Have designed immersive or scenario-based learning at scale
  • Have a track record of building cross-functional partnerships across time zones, and making them stick
  • Be based in Dublin/London or another major EMEA hub, with willingness to travel across EMEA and APAC
