Location: Greater London

A global music company is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide user support and resolve inquiries for business users. In this role, you'll serve as a first point of contact for internal customers, document issues, and ensure timely resolution as per SLAs. The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, fluency in English and another EU language, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with ERP and ticketing systems.
