Social Media Manager; Digital & Paid Advertising Specialist

We're looking for a high-impact Social Media Manager (Salary £35k - £40k) to own and drive our paid and organic social presence — someone who's as comfortable analysing campaign data as they are creating scroll-stopping content.

This role is central to growing enrolments and brand awareness at CECOS College London, one of the UK's most established further and higher education institutions.

• Leading paid advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik Tok — owning campaigns end-to-end.
• Developing and executing our full social media strategy across all platforms.
• Creating compelling content and copy that converts prospective students.
• Managing and optimising marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
• Analysing trends, platforms, and competitor activity to keep us ahead.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams on promotions and events.

• Proven experience running paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager essential).
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Data-driven mindset — you track, test, and optimise everything.
• Comfortable using AI tools:
  ChatGPT, Claude, Meta AI Creative Tools, Tik Tok Symphony.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in the education sector is a bonus.
