We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior D365 Architect to steer the technical architecture and product ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform, integrated with Yavica for real estate functionality.
This is a permanent role that will evolve into a central enterprise architecture function, bridging ERP with adjacent platforms such as Anaplan, One Stream, HR, CRM, and Microsoft Fabric.

This role is central to Logicor’s ERP transformation and will evolve into a broader enterprise architecture function, bridging ERP with Logicor platforms.

• Lead the design and build phases of the D365 F&O ERP implementation.
• Act as internal product owner for D365 F&O, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
• Validate technical decisions and ensure architectural integrity across the ERP landscape.
• Collaborate with implementation partners (KPMG, Yavica) and internal stakeholders.
• Define and manage deltas from standard configurations, ensuring scalability and compliance across 16 jurisdictions.
• Support go-live activities, starting with France in Q2 2026.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhancement post-implementation.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy across integrated systems.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.
• Build internal capability to reduce reliance on external system integrators.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Deep understanding of real estate business processes and sector-specific challenges.
• Experience in ERP implementation across multiple countries or complex environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Synapse (data lake layer).
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a lean, pragmatic environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience bridging product ownership and technical architecture responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Yavica or similar real estate ISVs.
• Exposure to adjacent platforms:
  Anaplan, One Stream, HR/CRM systems.
• Collaborative, flexible, and pragmatic personality.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and work across functions.
• Ambition to grow into a broader enterprise architecture leadership role.

Logicor is replacing its Horizon property management system with D365 F&O, using Yavica for real estate functionality.
The ERP project is a transformational initiative, not just a tech upgrade.
Implementation partners include Yavica (Flex Property and parts of F&O) and KPMG (core F&O and programme oversight).
Governance includes SROs from Finance, Asset, and Technology & Delivery.
Internal delivery team includes Cecilia (Tech Lead), Eleanor Curtin (Business Transformation), Kavita D’Costa (Technology Operations), and Ratan Baddipudi (Data & Analytics).
You will work closely with the Programme Team, led by a Logicor Programme Director, who has led multiple ERP implementations and is deeply embedded in the current D365 F&O project. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to shape Logicor’s long-term technology landscape.
