The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an IT Programmer to join our specialist IT team.
You will assist with:- Developing, customising, and maintaining Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and related Microsoft 365 solutions;
- Contributing to the design and implementation of AI‑enabled tools, including documenting automation, data extraction, and workflow optimisation;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective, user‑friendly technical solutions;
- Supporting firm‑wide digital transformation projects, including automation, data visualisation, and system integration;
- Participating actively in the Tech Innovation Team, helping to identify opportunities for new technologies and pilot innovative ideas;
- Maintaining high standards of documentation, testing, and version control.
- Have proven experience developing Power Apps and working within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem;
- Demonstrate an interest in — or hands‑on experience with — AI tools, automation, or legal tech solutions;
- Bring a creative, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to design intuitive, user‑focused applications;
- Have experience working on digital transformation or process improvement projects;
- Communicate effectively and collaborate confidently with non‑technical colleagues;
- Show a proactive approach and a desire to drive meaningful change through technology.
