Position: Document Controller (Permanent)
Location: Greater London

Document Controller – North London

£35,000 – £40,000 + Benefits

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a well-established and highly regarded property developer on a major project in North London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in managing project documentation and ensuring information is accurately controlled and distributed across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain all project documentation using Asite EDMS

* Ensure drawings, technical documents, and correspondence are correctly uploaded, distributed, and archived

* Maintain document control registers and workflows

* Support project teams with document management processes and procedures

* Ensure all documentation follows company standards and project protocols

* Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure accurate information flow

* Track revisions and maintain up-to-date records of project documentation

Requirements

* Previous experience working as a Document Controller within construction or property development

* Strong experience using Asite EDMS

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple document streams
