We are looking for a Net Suite Functional Specialist with an accounting background and in‑depth Net Suite functional knowledge to join our Team. The ideal candidate is a system‑savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You have extensive knowledge of Net Suite and are a superb communicator who can translate business needs/requirements into actionable business solutions and be creative in how Net Suite's features and functionality can be best applied to evolving business needs.

You are an agile team player who enjoys working cross‑functionally with different parts of the organization while having a solid foundational understanding of financial accounting and internal controls.

The Senior Net Suite Business Systems Analyst is responsible for financial systems' performance, functionality, and reliability. Responsible for business analysis, process re‑engineering, process improvement and implementation, upgrade and support, and configuring and implementing Net Suite Financial Systems.

• Primary responsibilities for the Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Net Suite pertain to support, training, and project development activities to support all Net Suite UK employees.
• Specific responsibilities of this role encompass a wide range of critical functions that directly impact business operations and include:
• Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the ERP is driving value and efficiency for the organization.
• Review, research, diagnose, resolve issues, and provide application support as per the defined SLAs, ensure service level availability of the application's support, and provide on‑call support as required for bug fix/enhancement activities to resolve system/application/data issues.
• Take a hands‑on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional, and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
• Ongoing monitoring and delivery of support functions in ERP, including end‑user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, dashboards, user training, form and field management.
• Assist in financial system upgrades and enhancements, conversions, and supporting system interfaces.
• Troubleshooting concerning all aspects of data integrity within Net Suite and also in systems that integrate with Net Suite.
• Work on Business process reengineering, System Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Solution Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.
• Support and optimize the use of Net Suite's Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Procure to Pay Modules.
• Implement Net Suite functionality and rollout Net Suite to additional Business units.
• Manage questions, support, and training related to VAT.
• Communicate with end users regarding system issues and update on overall progress/status and maintain a trusted communication channel with the user population.
• Work on planning, designing, configuring, and implementing new or improved functionality within Net Suite ERP, and application changes while collaborating and working cohesively with Development teams, Business Process Owners, and Infrastructure teams.
• Drive simplification and standardisation of business processes. Develop and be accountable for the key information and metrics relating to the business processes.
• Apply accounting and auditing principles and techniques to maintain data integrity, internal controls, and audit trails throughout all applications.
• Perform work related to special projects involving systems analysis, design, development, and implementation. Ability to lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
