To strengthen our team in London we are currently looking for a:
Responsibilities- Work closely with senior implementation consultants to define customer business needs and align them with our product offering.
- Gather and document requirements in close collaboration with our business & technical consultants and our customers.
- Be responsible for and participate as a project/client owner in the full lifecycle of the product implementation, including requirements gathering, analysis, configuration, training, product enhancement definitions, testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior business analysts and QA teams to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
- Provide post-implementation support in a timely and ongoing basis.
- Work in an agile environment.
- Domain Knowledge
- A degree or equivalent in a Finance/Economics related field, coupled with a strong academic track record.
- Knowledge of financial products in an investment management setting
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience
- Analytical skills
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and map them to software functionalities
- Technical Acumen
- IT literate with advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Familiarity with system integration, APIs, databases, and basic technical concepts
- Effective at bridging technical and non-technical teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS CRM Dynamics
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Fin Tech / Wealth management work experience within a financial services organisation.
- Experience with Client Onboarding in the Financial Sector
- Business knowledge in the Private Financial sector
- Understanding of Financial Markets Regulation
- Strong drive for proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
- Team player with a flexible, collaborative approach.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
- Eagerness to take ownership and learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on active listening to understand customer needs.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
