• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.

• 8 years of experience with design, fabrication or construction projects.
• Experience in AI tools, Building Information Modeling, and Facilities Management.
• Experience in Engineering and Technical Program Management, within infrastructure environments.
• Ability to work in a fluid, ambiguous environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to drive organizational change by leading Technology Adoption initiatives that bridge the gap between legacy processes and modern, AI-driven digital tools.
• Excellent presentation, influencing and problem-solving skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible.

• Improve the impact of content management systems. Identify gaps in current workflows and design or integrate new tools to improve the user experience and drive operational speed.
• Own the documentation closeout life-cycle for the EMEA region. Ensure the compliance, accuracy, and timely archival of critical project data.
• Audit regional processes to remove friction, ensuring that content management is a catalyst for efficiency rather than a hurdle for the team.
• Serve as the AI lead by identifying manual bottlenecks. You will leverage AI/ML tools to automate document tagging, summarization, and data retrieval, transforming legacy processes into intelligent workflows.
